Presentation
In the surgical treatment of early stage breast cancer, the Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy allows to reduce axillary dissection in 70% of the cases. This technique consists in injecting, before surgery, a radioactive tracer, 99mTc near the tumor. The first nodes will be marked intensively by 99mTc and will be detected and analysed. We are developing a device totally dedicated to this technique: Gamma-Node. It permits to detect quickly the radiotracer and pin point automatically Sentinel nodes, 2 hours after injection. This allows to improve the detection in theatre.
Nuclear Object Detector
Small automatic scanning camera dedicated to the Sentinel Lymph Node localisation
A real alternative to the lymphoscintigraphy Imaging, thanks to a laser pointing system
